Three professional improvisors and facilitators with a track record of success applying improv to needs and goals of corporate clients kept talking over several years about combining their strengths to serve people in new and exciting ways. They've finally done it. Kramer, Short & Pong, LLC - the Ignition People.

Ignition People training is available in person or virtually, with home bases in San Jose, Boston, and Portland (OR). Their impactful, purpose-driven training can be designed and delivered across multiple engagements - even simultaneous events - and be the sticky, impactful, meaningful training that transforms co-workers into an unstoppable team.

  • Jeff Kramer

    Jeff has worked with over 700 organizations using Applied Improv since 1989. He also manages and performs with CSz San Jose. Jeff has a particular focus on breaking down silos to make work more productive and emotionally healthy. His clients are beginning to make strong connections between Applied Improv and employee retention and satisfaction. Jeff is married to a personal trainer and works out. A lot.

  • Courtney Pong

    Courtney owns, manages, and performs with CSz Boston and has been a professional improviser and coach since 2001. Hailing from San Francisco, she holds over a decade of experience in communication, public relations, analyst relations, social media and marketing, with a focus on corporate wellness programs and employee engagement. She regularly spends her time volunteering with local and national orgs and initiatives that focus on empowering BIPOC/WOC/Women leadership.

  • Patrick Short

    Patrick has worked with over 700 organizations using Applied Improv since 1989. He also manages and performs with CSz Portland. Patrick has a particular focus on Leadership and Customer Service, applied within the organization as well as toward clients and customers. As an author, Patrick has contributed to Jill & Patrick’s Small Book of Improv for Business and Yes, And Your Customer Service. He writes music, plays keyboards and is an NFL owner.
